
Terry Hughes - CEO
Redwood's resident wireless market expert. Terry has been CEO, General Manager and Head of Sales for several wireless companies, including privately held, VC funded, and public companies including 7 years at Vodafone Europe and 5 years at Zi Corp in Europe, Asia and Canada. Terry has had direct and relevant experience of taking wireless solutions to market and monetizing them. He has a BA in Business Administration.

Norm Gaskarth - Founder & President
A graduate of the S.A.I.T. Polytechnic computer systems management program and Microsoft Certified Professional, Norm has 10 years experience in the wireless industry. He led Redwood's product development team in the early years and set the Vision and direction of the company. He remains focused on innovation and building IP.

Scott Lange - CFO/COO
Redwood's business and financial leader. 8 years of commercial and management experience in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector. Scott has a commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan with a major in Corporate Finance.

Stephen Nykolyn - VP Sales Americas
Stephen is a new media and wireless specialist with 16 years experience in business development, marketing and communications. Over the last 4 years he developed and managed B2B partnerships with wireless carriers and content companies in the location-based services industry. Stephen was instrumental in commercializing the first location-based games on North American wireless carriers.

Marc Wachmann - CTO
Marc is a get it done individual with over 20 years in technology businesses, twelve of them in the wireless industry, seven of those in mobile location solutions. Marc matches market need with development and business expertise to create innovative commercial products. Most recently, he led the development and worked with Stephen as part of the Team to develop and launch North America's first A-GPS assisted games for mobile phones.
Kevin Green - Director Europe
Kevin has been integral in bringing to market several private and public wireless technology companies in EMEA, including floating his own wireless ASP/ISP on London Stock Exchange. He has a strong network of industry contacts with over 12 years experience in the wireless industry across carriers, integrators, distributors and manufacturers such as Nokia and Sony Ericsson. He is a qualified electronics engineer and a member of the Institute of Directors.
Clive Wright – VP Engineering
Clive has extensive background in wireless software design and engineering within organizations such as Motorola's Wireless Data Group and Metricom (Ricochet). Clive's entrepreneurial credentials include being a founder of two separate companies; Joule Microsystems and Xybec Solutions - the latter of which he ran as President for over 7 years and who were subsequently acquired by Tatara Systems (Boston, MA). Clive became Managing Director of Tatara's Vancouver office until his decision to join the Redwood team. He has a B.Sc. (Hons) in Electronic Engineering from the University of Leicester, UK.
Redwood also has a team of developers, experts in handset and server and OTA protocol design, and a network of advisors and consultants around the world.
